Courses for Ice Cream

n the Ice Cream course, you will acquire the techniques and methods for balancing the ingredients and therefore be able to produce amazing hand-crafted ice cream and also ice cream cake, mousse and semi-frozen deserts. During the lessons, you will also learn the difference between the various types of sugar that can be used, intolerance and allergens and taste perception theory.

Course information

  • Duration: 16 lessons for a total of 48 hours, with sessions of 3 hours per lesson
  • Participants: maximum 8 people per class
